Guillon Inc. Property Management provides Property management services for all Guillon Inc. entity properties. Properties are managed by employee, Jennifer Chambers and Tim Fisher, whose responsibilities include providing our clients with the following services.

1) Day to day oversight of maintenance and repair for each property.
2) Creation, implementation and oversight of all property common area budget and expenses and revenues.
3) Invoice review and payment of all operating expenses.
4) Generating monthly income, expense, balance sheets and delinquent reports.
5) Semi-annual physical review of all properties.
6) Annual reports to partners, including projected unscheduled cost, vacancies, statement of general condition of property and administer maintained contracts.

Guillon Inc. Property Management coordinates property maintenance, repairs and improvements with Guillon Inc. Construction; which provides cost savings to our clients.
