Guillon Inc. Construction (formerly Central Development, Inc.) was incorporated in 1992 as the construction entity for Guillon, Inc. properties and partnerships. Since that time the company has broadened its scope of work to include design build and competitive contract bidding for outside parties.
Guillon Inc. Construction has constructed over 1.7 million square feet of individual concrete tilt-up, and office space in Chico, Lincoln, Oroville, Visalia and Redding, CA; Boise, Idaho; and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Guillon Inc. Construction has demonstrated the highest quality of work and client satisfaction through previous projects. A partial listing of our clients include Wal-Mart, Ashley Furniture, Butte County Administrative Offices, Seven Up, V-Tech, Earthgrains Bread, 3M, Zytech Corp, EDS - NHIC, United Health Group and many more.
Steve Honeycutt
With over 30 years in a variety of development roles, Steve brings a background of construction, land planning, design and project management, and project entitlements to the Central Development team.
Steve has managed site feasibility analysis, project design, entitlements and construction for corporate clients including Electronic Data Systems, Home Depot, Rite Aids, and others. He has completed projects for private developers on numerous industrial and commercial buildings, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions and shopping centers.
Steve has successfully managed varied projects for local agencies and private interested requiring building of public consensus for project master plans, area specific plans, groundwater pollution programs, infrastructure plans and similar complex challenges. Steve has been with Central Development since early 2002.

Guillon Inc. has formed a team of accomplished professionals and, as a team, delivered industrial, institutional and commercial projects to a variety of Owners and Tenants. These have been delivered as "spec" buildings, build-to-suit buildings, phased master tenant projects for public agencies and other types as appropriate for each situation.
