(formerly Central Development, Inc.) was incorporated in 1992 as the construction
entity for Guillon, Inc. properties and partnerships. Since that time,
the company has broadened its scope of work to include design build and
competitive contract bidding for outside parties.
As sole owner of Guillon, Inc. Construction,
Douglas Guillon has maintained a company philosophy built on a principle
of "direct drive construction", performing the following

Guillon, Inc. Construction
has constructed over 1.7 million square feet of individual concrete tilt-up,
and office space in Chico, Lincoln, Oroville, Visalia and Redding, CA;
Boise, Idaho, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Steve Honeycutt is General Manager of construction,
specializing in design-build and contracting services. His role in all
projects is to insure client satisfaction through the successful integration
of all design, management and construction disciplines. Josh Muscetta
is construction Superintendent with 10 years experience with Guillon,
Inc. Construction.
